For a 30 minute aerobic work out what would be a good burned calorie target?
I'm actually just getting started on the whole exercising deal ^^ I'm usually an on-and-off exerciser but being at college my college has a recreational center with free use of the gym that's just as good as any 24 Hour Fitness centor ^.^
So I'm wondering what I should be trying to achieve in a regular morning workout.
So far I've heard 150 calories is efficient to get your body's metabolism revved up but that just seems so low
