Hi everyone. I'm new to Atkins and I'm just wondering what types of exercise burn fat the best. I don't really want to start weights to tone muscle yet because I heard that muscle weighs more that fat and I don't want the scale to mislead me. I just want all this stubborn fat to go away. I have lost 9 pounds so far and would like to start some type of regimen but don't know how to start. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks
