The day after Thanksgiving is a great time to find them (DVD players) dirt cheap. I think we paid $19.99 for ours two years ago and it still works perfectly. Our expensive one on the other hand, does not!

Yes, we had a nice Magnovox and it was yucky and then a cheap Apex and it was perfect!

Eeek! You had me scared for a minute. I had opened a bunch of pages when Matt had gotten home and was in the kitchen for a while. So, I wasn't sure how long it had been...

Hey Kat! I did my DVD! I loved it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It definitely made me break a sweat ( a good one) but it didn't kill me. I was able to make it the whole way through which is great considering the shape I am in And I feel so good that I finally got up of my a** and did something Thanks for telling us about it...I can't wait to try other ones

Just checking in to see if anyone go their DVD's. My MIL got hers Friday, but their DVD player is not hooked up, but she is supposed to be starting it this Monday (she lost her other exercise tape so I got her this one until she could find one she liked).

Oops! I made a boo boo. I just got my other DVDs in today and they were from KY. I think I must have gotten it confused because I had two things come in the same day from Ebay and one had newspaper in it and I had asked Matt where it was from. He told me Illinois so I attached that to those videos instead of the other item I rec'd. (giggle -- it was the "I Love Lucy" Trivia Game -- an anniversary present.)

Well, my new DVDs are: WATP Muscle Mile, WATP Power Mile and a Back Care Yoga DVD for Matt's back (we can work it together).

Just an update: The Power Mile is pretty good, just not as good as the Walk/Jog Interval Training.

Got my DVD yesterday!! I went to do it this morning and found cables missing from my DVD player. KIDS!!! Will have to wait for them to get home to find out what they have done with them. I have tons to do today anyway, but I really wanted to join all of you doing this video. Hope you're all loving it!!

How is the WATP muscle mile? Is the walk/jog one still the best? I hope I hope I hope it comes today but highly unlikey. I ordered friday and he said he didnt ship out fri-sundays orders till yesrterday (tues) so probably tomorrow. Oh well!
