I did the Slim in 6 Start it Up video for the first time yesterday and I woke up this morning and could barely get out of bed. 
My butt and quads are SO sore!!! I KNOW the only way to make it better is to push play and do it again, but everything inside of me is screaming, "DON'T DO IT!!!!!"
