Todays half marathon - OMG - Must Read!!!!

I am still in shock now, just got home from my half marathon today. I have knocked a massive huge gigantic 22 minutes off of my personal best!

I finished the course to day in 2 hours 8 minutes and 59 seconds. Ok still not as quick as some people, but a 22 minutes improvement for anyone has to be a good thing! I am quite literally gobsmacked, and have been close to tears quite a bit since, due to the emotions I am going through!

I mean, 2:09:59!!!!!!! Averaging less than 10 minute miles! Over that distance! I am so so happy!

It was quite a testing course aswell, so all is good. There were 1700 ish runners, I am hoping that I finished in the top 1000 at least.
Thanks for reading, I really needed to tell someone!

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!

I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!
