    Monday: 5.2 sweaty miles on a day when it was 78 degrees and 90% humidity.

      6 treadmill miles on Monday 26th

      It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!




      I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

              would love to start running. But seem to give out of breathe very easy. What is the best way to start out?

                The best way to do it, is simply just do what you can. In time you will automatically improve. When I first started I would struggle to run 800 metres (very slowly) yet now 3 years on I can run 13 miles in one go.

                Keep at it and you will be amazed how quickly you become better.

                      Thurs, 3/1 (MARCH ALREADY?)

                      5.2 miles on an 83 degree day with humidity of around 70% and a 30+ mph wind.
