10k road race this morning, wind and rain didnt make it very pleasant, and nor did not having vaselline on my nipples. I now have a horrible blood stain on my t-shirt.
One good thing came of it though. Knocked 40 ish seconds from my pb over 10k.
55 minutes 54 seconds!

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!
I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!
Hey guys, new here. I generally do my running over my lunch hour so only get 1/2 hr by the time I drive to the gym or track, change and so forth. I'm looking forward to the time change so I'll have more light to do it in the evenings because I don't get home until 6:30 when it's already dark right now.
Anyway, I'd like to join you if I may. I did 2.5 miles during my 30.45 mins today.

Wish it was nice here can't wait till the snow melts and I get outside again. I am taking little steps in the right direction here to get to my goal and run the halfer in MAY. Did I tell you I already registered for it so I HAVE to do it. HE HE HE.
Any how 2 miles 24 minutes and I walked for another 6 minutes to make 30. Little steps gotta get back in a routine.
