      2 miles on the treamill last night, final preparation ahead of my first half marathon of the year, this Sunday.

      It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!




      I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

          I'm not to worried about the weather to be honest, I am more concerned about the course. Its title is - The Hogweed Hillly Half.

          As can be deduced from the title, its quite hilly! lol The whole of the 8th mile is up hill! And then there are two other SIGNIFICANT hills also!

              OH my I was planning a run when I got home but, I got new boots for work and I have a big blister on my toe and can hardly walk DAMN I was doing so good, but on a positive note I most likely walked 8 kms through snow and also on ballast rock which is hard to walk on. So I did work out today in a sence.

                Saturday, 3/10: 6.2 mile run (10k). Pretty good week: 8l, 6.3, 6.3, 6.2 = 26.8 miles.
