          I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

              I haven't ran in 20 years....since having children. How do I go about getting back into running? I would love to run and I have a 5 mile walking path I use.
              Is there some advice...I also have a great treadmill, I can use for pacing and training.

                2 mile run today.

                I ended up doing those two miles in 16 minutes. I have never run an 8 minute mile in my entire life!

                My total for the week is 20 miles for five days (Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday).

                  Hi Tammy!

                  I would strongly suggest following a program like the Couch to 5k program. Its a slow progressive program that will have you back on track (pardon the pun!) in no time! Here's a link!
