I had to restart week 2 last night due to being sick and having to take 4 days off in a row. Last night was GREAT though. It feels great to work up a sweat and I actually found my pace was picked up quite a bit from week 1 and I didn't stroke out lol Also have a stopwatch now which really helps!
It's actually alot more enjoyable that I thought it would be LOL Thanks for asking!!
Getting sick sucks. I can't tell you how many times I've started a new exercise program and gotten sick within the first week or so and had to take a break.

where is the link to this program? i can't seem to find it. i'm pretty sure that i'm doing it already (or at least on my way) since i can run a quarter mile, then walk a quarter, then run, etc.
