Does anyone have any good back exercises particulary to work the area right under the bra strap? ugh... That seems the hardest place to tone up! Thanks!

Really focus on keeping your back straight and rowing the barbell up into your stomach at your hips. Squeeze those muscles in your back when you are doing it.
