We just bought a new treadmill - it's my first time using one. I started on Monday and I'm walking a mile two times a day but I plan on stepping it up on Sunday.
The problem is that I have to hold the handles all the time which isn't very comfortable. If I don't hold them, Iwalk kinda funny and I'm not balanced. It's almost like being a little tipsy.
My husband, on the other hand, gets on and walks without holding anything.
What's wrong with me? Am I just an uncoordinated clutz?
