  • Boxercise and Bodycombat

    Hey all,

I was wondering if anyone has tried either of these classes? And opinions/advice would be great as my roller blading course is over and I want to really shake up my exercise. I can go to both on my gym membership, but not sure which is more suitable.

The boxercise instructor is a guy and the bodycombat one is a woman. I'm scared I'll be the only girl at boxercise!

I havent tried any of the classes personally. But as I type this message my female boss has gone next door to the leisure centre to take part in a bodycombat class.

    Does that help at all?

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!

I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

Yeah that helps! Thanks I'm still not sure which to try. I've seen a video online of body combat - it looks very bouncy and high-kick-esque.

Oooo they both sound great...and interesting!

I'd be tempted to dip into both...maybe a few sessions of each to which you prefer?
Then ya can give it full whack..
