Hey everyone,
I was excercising regularly for three weeks. Well, I might have over did it because I have a very painful heel bruise on my left heel and it is very hard for me to get on the treadmill or do anything requiring walking or movements with my left heel (I have never had one of these and it is incredible how painful it is!!!
)
Any recommendations on what excersises I can do that will help slim me down rather than bulk me up????
