I am just curious to see what everybodys daily excercise routine is.

I do Power 90 6 days a week, pushups, crunches and walk.

    What do you do?

I go for a half hour run in the morning walk for 40 minutes in blazing hot arizona weather and do tons of pushups situps and squats thinking about increasing my run to a hour though.

Sounds like a great workout! Be careful about heat stroke. I'm sure you drink plenty of water doing all that.

Thanks for working to serve in the Army. You sound like you'll be a good soldier we can be proud of!

You ought to be dropping that 15 pounds in no time working as hard as you do.

          Re: Excercise Routines

I run 6+ miles a day, 4 days every week. If I am training for a running event, I run more miles than that. I also lift weights and use my stability ball at home on my non-running days.
