Hey there, Precious! It sounds like you've found something that's fun and you can stick with. Before you know it, that 8 min. will seem like a mere 4 min. and you'll need something even more challenging.

I think I'll go see if I can find my Tae Bo tape. :icondance

I USE to have the whole set of Tai Bo. I am unable to find the beginner and intermediate dvds..all I could find was the Advanced. I was looking for something different to do since Im getting tired of Denise Austin. Anyway I started Advanced Tai Bo Thursday. I could only do 30 minutes the first day. Yesturday I was able to get through the whole dvd. Girl I've been so sore. And he really makes you sweat doesn't he? I wish I had the 8 minute workout like you so I could do it in the morning before I go to work.

One time I did the 8 Minute Tae Bo tape mon-fri for 2 weeks and lost 10 lbs. It was amazing! Of course that was 5 years ago and my body has changed a TON since then, but I just thought I'd put in my $0.02
