          You know seeing this thread makes me want to pull out my old tapes.. I tried them a couple of years ago..at 130 pounds heavier, and just couldn't so it.. but I wonder how I would do now??

            snowball effect, start a little and move to the next doing more and more each time, until your bouncing around, wanting to beat up the mailman, kicking the dog, uh well I guess you wanna stop before you get to THAT level up and THAT energetic.


            Yea Im always impressed with Betty (ttrdriver) I would had to meet her in a dark alley, shed hurt me, and then run off and I couldn't catch her... maybe I could get a heart rate monitor and tie it to fishing line and drag it in front of her that might work....


            I guess ressurecting this thread was good for love2beeamom and maybe others...

              I love it!

              I love Tae-Bo :joy I have the DVD that has 2-1hour workouts on it Abs/Butt plus it's got bonus upper and lower body workouts too. It cost me about $12 at walmart, and I've lost a ton of inches with it.

              I love the idea for a challenge!!!! Tae-bo everday for a Month sound good???? Let me know what you think :hug
