  • session with a personal trainer.......

    today i had a session with a personal trainer. basic getting to know you stuff really. i suprised myself......as i was able to do deep squats, deeper than i normally go. leg lifts with relative ease.

    and i did this position called a plank.....many of you may know it. the first time i held it for :55 seconds and the second time i held it for :60 seconds. is this good?

    and then my favorite. pushups to failure......i did i set of 40!!!! i was pretty impressed with that.....

    I have just started working with a personal trainer myself - and am suprised at how much I can do that I didn't think I could. I guess it's because you have someone there showing you how to do it correctly, and pretty much cheering (forcing) you on!

    Keep suprising yourself!

      I know it's been a while but are you still seeing your personal trainer? Has he/she gotten you results that you've noticed?

        Since Jane bumped this I thought I would ask you the same question. Are you still with the trainer? how do you like it? I worked with a trainer for over a year and it was the best thing I have ever done for myself. Am hoping you are finding it the same Christopher.

          I would love to have a personal trainer, I live in such a small town I am lucky there is a local gym to go to.
