today i had a session with a personal trainer. basic getting to know you stuff really. i suprised myself......as i was able to do deep squats, deeper than i normally go. leg lifts with relative ease.
and i did this position called a plank.....many of you may know it. the first time i held it for :55 seconds and the second time i held it for :60 seconds. is this good?
and then my favorite. pushups to failure......i did i set of 40!!!! i was pretty impressed with that.....
