      I just picked up the PX90 yesterday, so I'm wondering how is it going for everyone seeing as this post is sorta old?

          HAHA wait until tomorrow!

          Yesterday I had to lower myself down to the toilete lol While doing the workout it didn't seem to bad but the day after was rough!!

          Good luck with it, I will be looking for your progress, I'm excited that someone else on here is doing it at the same time.

              Day 2: Plyometrics. This is hard to say the least. Ive always been one to push myself and this program pushes way harder. It hurts when your doing it but you feel so good once your done. I love it!

                I have completed a week, It has been tough!!!! But your right, it really does feel great when the work out is done!

                  Day 3: Shoulder and arms. SORE is the word of the day. Part 1 of the workout was not hard, well it was but not nearly as bad as day 2. Part 2 was hard, Ab ripper, ohhhh I dont think I could even sit up right now.

                    Day 4: Yoga. First half was way harder, mostly strength exercises, then the second, balance/ stretch. My body doesnt bend that way yet! 1 1/2 workout.

                      Day 5: Legs and Back. Tough, expecially being overweight since you use mostly your body weight for this workout. Part 2 is Ab Ripper X, dont like it, but I can already do more than I could the first time I did it. 1 hr 15 min total.

                        Day 6: KempoX. What a blast!! By far the most fun Ive have working out. Put yes, still tough. Punching, kicking, blocking. 58 min.
