Day 2: Plyometrics. This is hard to say the least. Ive always been one to push myself and this program pushes way harder. It hurts when your doing it but you feel so good once your done. I love it!

Day 3: Shoulder and arms. SORE is the word of the day. Part 1 of the workout was not hard, well it was but not nearly as bad as day 2. Part 2 was hard, Ab ripper, ohhhh I dont think I could even sit up right now.

Day 5: Legs and Back. Tough, expecially being overweight since you use mostly your body weight for this workout. Part 2 is Ab Ripper X, dont like it, but I can already do more than I could the first time I did it. 1 hr 15 min total.
