I rest 2 days every week whether marathon training or not. I take Mondays and Fridays off. The Monday is especially important for recuperating from the Sunday long run. Too much pushing yourself without adequate rest = injury (forced rest).
10 miles in. Temps in the upper 50s. Perfect.

Today was supposed to be my 2nd session for the week (I start my weeks on Sunday), but life happened and I didn't get to it.
