    Confession time.


    I have been so sick this week with upper respiratory CRAPOLA ... I haven't run much. I missed yesterday's run because I felt so icky .. just didn't have it. So that's 2 days in a row without running and I feel blaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah.

    I am still sick, coughing, blowing my nose, etc., but I am bound and determined to run tomorrow (Saturday). I am hoping I can make it 11 miles or more, but I'm not sure. Gad, I hate being sick. It flat out sucks.

      Betty, you'll feel alot worse if you run and force that respiratory thing further down into your lungs.
