    Does anyone else have a trampoline????
    I loooove my trampoline! Mind you I've only used a few times since I only abought it three days ago, but I LOVE IT!

    And if you do have one, do you feel youi get a workout out of it? And has it helped with toning your legs?

    Do you mean a big 12' or 14' trampoline or do you mean a rebounder?

    I have a rebounder and I like it, but it's not my go-to for a workout. My kids do use it with the Urban Rebounding DVD's I have and they really dig it.

    Assuming you are watching your form, you'll tone up your legs, but the biggest benefit IMHO is cardio.

    Enjoy!

      I have a little trampoline that I think is great for exercising, after a while you can really feel it in you calves! It's a little silly tho ;}

        I meant the small one as well, and let me tell you I LOVE it!
        I'm glad you mentioned cardio b/c I HATE cardio, so if I can bounce around all day I'm happy!
        And it is silly, but I just love it

          If you look up Urban Rebounding, you will find workouts designed to be done on a rebounder (little trampoline). They're pretty great

            I am so glad to see this thread! I have been wanting to buy a rebounder, but I wasn't sure it would really be worth it. Sounds like people have had a positive experience with it. Can I ask what model you bought and how much you paid?

            Thanks!

              I just bought whatever they had a WalMart. It was like 30 bucks and it was weeeellll worth it because it's fun and I feel like I get a workout. I HATE cardio, so this is a good way to get it out of the way and get back into shape
