    I have recently intensified my walk/jog routine, and my legs are sore!!! I was wondering if its a good idea to excersize through the soreness or rest for a day.

    It's hard to say, I also do the walk/jog thing and yeah some days my legs are sorer than others. I find doing that exercise does make them feel better again - but it's important to have at least one day off completely. If it's muscle soreness and jogging makes it worse, than just do a walk that day.
