Going back and reading through the thread......I'm really confused now.
As a man, *even if* you are 5'5" or less, why on earth would you want to lose muscle mass to get down to 130lbs? I'm a woman 5'5.5" and my body is not capable *or* healthy at anything under 140lbs with my build.
How tall are you and how old? Honestly- I'm baffled here.
