I am starting Atkins today I and I need some advice about my exercise plans.
~swim 1 hour on T,W,TH,F before hubby goes to work
~evening walk with the dog on T,W,TH
~walk on treadmill for 20 minutes each day when hubby is home from work (T,W,TH,F)
Does this sound OK?
