  • Walking with a ruck-sack.

Only just started my full induction but am planning on starting a regulated exercise regime asap which will start with going for a 2-3 mile walk every day.

One idea I had was to wear a ruc-sack as I walk and every week (hopefully) top it up with the weight I had lost.

My reasoning is that this way I have a constant boost every time I take it off my back to realise how much weight I have lost and am constantly pushing my body based on my original body weight.

All opinions welcome as to whether this is a good idea ?

Ditto Liv. You dont want to strain your back with all the removable weight.
