    WTG Piasabird!! My bet is that you'll be doing even more running in the near future! Its so addictive!! :nod

    4/23: 10.24 miles today .. long sustained slow run .. to build endurance ... HOLY SMOKIES .. I'm beat!! But daggone it, I finished IT ALL RUNNING!! :joy (I'm home sitting in the chair, so why does it feel like my legs are still moving??) :yikes

    That makes 32.44 miles this week (4 days)!!

      1 hour of general cardio yesterday. Started out with WATP and then just kept going. even did a little running :yes
