Ok just started my workout last week. I am not new to working out so i get some of the things i need to do.....but i have this complex...my legs loose weight so fast..they are the first thing to go and i have no butt....in back im lust flat from top of back to butt. so I hate working out my legs, so the only thing i will use them for is running....
ok so i do 45min on elliptical (about 400cal burned)
15-20 min arms...very lightly and abs (very little) and back.....
nothing with my legs.
