Pancakes, with beans on top, with scrambled eggs, with bacon, and sausage, and with whatever else they piled on in one big pile on top of everything else. And they DID make us eat everything. Every meal. The food plan that they use is designed to get the most performance out of you. You definitely won't get overweight in basic...
