There aren't that many Curves centres here in the UK and the nearest one to me is far too far away for me to be able to get to it. Otherwise I'd be tempted to join as I've heard good things about them.

I love curves.Been going Over year. Best thing I have done. plus curves diet. Book helps alot.
Im also now doing Curves diet and for me lot better then atkins.
Im thinking about getting Robie. that curves sells. It is in curves mag.
Also Im taking part in 12weeks of adding milk to help wt. lose and inches.
Their whey shakes are great. I get those at curves too.
What ever program u use. U must work hard and know what u are eating. read lables. Calaries do count.
