Hey all! well i am moving into my summer place in just a few weeks (on cape cod) and as i am trying to save $$$$ for rome in the fall i am not going to join a gym for those three months, i run now so i am going to keep that up but i was wondering what if any videos ya'll use (pilates type) that are really good...i was thinking of getting like 3 or so and switching them up every week....any suggestions....and also one worry i have about videos vs gym is that how will i know if i am doing the "moves" right...esp with pilates, anyone know how to get the most bang out of these videos?
