    Wish me luck, tomorrow, guys!! 5k at 7:30 a.m. sharp! At least it won't be so blasted hot!! Under 35 minutes is my goal ... but what the heck, just doing it is worth something, right??

    I've already logged 25+ miles this week.

      I rode 15 miles and did 100 ab crunches today. I hope everyone is having a good week end.

          3 1/2 mile run/walk this morning, and I bumped into the race organiser so had a quick break to say hello. Only one more week til race day!
          Started lowcarb February 2, 2004
          Start weight 300lb, current 184lb, goal 160lb
