    My best 5k!

Okay, so this morning was a 5k .. hadn't run in one for several months ... well many months come to think of it ..

I was hoping to finish under 34:30 ... guess what .. can you say 33:32?
WOOHOO!! I got to the one mile mark at 10:27 and I knew I was on track!!! It was a glorious run .. shady, flat and fast ..

I am so excited! That is so motivating! Onward, upward, forward!! All the way to Disneyworld 1/2 Marathon in January 2006!!

    YEAH BABY!!

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!

I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

Good for you soon you will no longer be a 30 something 5Ker. I just love it when you get to the finish line and you are faster then you planned to be.
