Has this ever happened to anyone? I was wondering if it's from not drinking enough water during my workout, or from exercising too hard? It only happened yesterday.
I came up after exercising to make my dinner and I felt really light headed. It was bad enough I asked hubby to help me with the meatballs I was making. (He never minds helping, I'm just a kitchen hog lol). I didn't feel like I was going to faint or anything, but it really bothered me. I'd definitely eaten enough through the day (was a slight piggy, actually).
Any suggestions?
