    My mom makes macaroni salad with the elbow noodles and it always taste fantastic.

      I did do the Lasagna and he tested fine.......... but I way undercooked the lasagna noodles and added extra moisture to the pan before I baked it.
      Thanks for the info Bren! I've been dying to try the lasagna but didn't cause I was afraid of the "double cooking" I think I'll try it the way you did it! Yum.

          MoG, I did a skillet lasagna for my god-children a couple of weeks ago, using the Dreamfields lasagna. They said it tasted fine. I used the recipe at the America's Test Kitchen website and used less lasagna noodles called for (recipe called for an entire box, I only used about 4 or 5 noodles and the kids didn't seem to mind the lack of noodles.)

          The noodles cooked in the sauce, so there wasn't any double cooking (so it was very easy.)
