Thanks for all the well wishes. I am back home. The surgery was extremely quick. My throat is killing me, can't swallow. They gave me hydrocodone which I find weak. I wanted something to completely knock the pain out.

had some soup and sugar free ice cream so far but I want something major. I dunno what. He said I could eat anything that wasn't "sharp".

My breathing is already better I think since they took my adenoids. I can sniff without feeling stuffed up.

Put ICE on your neck..that will help too..my daughter said it felt wonderful... The more you are able to drink it will help too...
