Emergen C makes a powder that has the cranberry extract in it without all the sugar so you get the benefits only. It has a few carbs, but they are minimal... (sorry, too lazy and tired to get up and look on the box) You just add the powder to water. It also has some other vitamins in it as well. Excellent way to get cranberry.
