    Well, I was going to give caffine (coffee) up Monday am. Had no choice but to start Sat am when I found out one of the kids spilled out all the cream. I did OK without the coffee and even my afternoon glass of tea. What I really missed is the warm creamy am hot drink.

    This morning I am back to my comfort drink just doing it decaf.

    Is everyone else still on the wagon?
