I know it says I shouldn' do the induction phase while lactating but I don't lose weight when I am not on the induction phase so what can I do?
I need to lose at least half of me but want to start of with just losing at least 50-100.
I was even trying a low cal diet but that wasn't working either and I am a compulsive journaler with writitng down what I eat and how many calories as well as how many net carb even.
Any thoughts or ideas on how I can do this safely?!
