            1 hour of
            arm wieghts
            step
            squats
            and dancing while watching good day LA and listen to the radio at the same time :icondance (I know, I 'm a dork) but at least I'm done for today!

            413 squats so far this month!

                    WATP 2 mile for me today. Thank goodness for indoor exercise. It got up to 101F today! :yikes
