    Yesterday was my Rest Day.

    Today, I am headding out the door for my 5.5K run.

    Ta, till tomorrow.

      1 hour weight training.

      May walk 30 minutes on the treadmill later, but will have to see how my day goes.

        Didnt post on here yesterday but i did exercise walk 2 miles and also mowed the grass with a push mower (none of those self propelled kind though).

        Today going to walk my 2 miles and clean my house (that's definite exercise)!

              1 hour total of
              arm wieghts
              step
              jogging in place (no treadmill :sadblinky)
              and dancing with my son to good ol rock 'n roll

              Done!

              413 squats so far this month!
