        pit stop and ditto on barbs post! in the kitchen for 8 + hours was not much of a rest!

              Lots of walking and sweating (it was sooo hot yesterday!) (not sure of distance because it was on a college campus and then assorted chores, but I was sick last night due to heat exhaustion)

                2 mile walk 3.5 mph no incline. Have to take it easy for most of this week. Went to the ER Tuesday, Doc said to lay off taebo for a while (yeah right) I figure a week is a while :yes
