        Day #5 and still going strong!!

        30 minutes on the treadmill
        25 minutes on the recumbent bike
        25 minutes circuit training

        Even got in ab lounger for a bit tonite!!!

                Thurday day 5-- 2 more lbs down!

                workout:
                20 min-1 mile walk treadmill 3.3 mph
                10 min-1 mile on elliptical
                8 min-2 miles on stationery bike

                I am only on ADBB while at work, therefore, I will post my exercise for Friday-Sunday on Monday of next week.

                        Hey all sorry im posting late...sad news...computer died on me. Lost all my files and i mean all. All the digital camera pictures from the past 1 all my personal files, im just so bummed. But i guess there is nothing i can do about it except learn from my experience and save everything to disc. o well so here goes....
