    SUN 5/22 - 30 min. Hike

    MON 5/23 - 45 min. Gazelle

    TUE 5/24 - Almost an hour of Basketball

    WED 5/25 - 45 min. Gazelle

    THU 5/26 - 50 sit-ups & 15 push-ups

    FRI 5/27 - 45 min. Gazelle

    * I will start the Slim in 6 all over again tomorrow Saturday.

    Oh!! :yikes

    To the powers that be,

    may I please be added to this current exercise challenge. Thanks! :wave

            1 hour and 10 minutes of water aerobics (If you can dancing to Alanis, in a 3 foot deep kidie pool while squirting my kids with a super soaker... aerobics) Anyway, my heart rate was up the whole hour and I'm Done with a capital D for the week :nod :joy

            413 squats so far this month!

                        Having knee problems today. I feel and hit my knee cap last night and it's all black & blue. Packing it on ice for a couple of days.

                            rest day - cept for the 10 min bike ride to and from work.. if you want to count that...

                              I am kinda in the same boat as fancypants here. Skyyyyeeeee, SLUG ME for today. (But it IS my birthday, ya know?? Any gift greatly appreciated???? Like a smilie and not a slug?? :yes LOLOL) Outta town for the next few days.... I'll be back!
