        Shoveled for 2 hours planting my hedge the best workout I have ever had every inch of me hurt and I had no idea it was that long until I went in for a drink of water WOW.

            Not doing so well this week, have been feeling quite drained due to lack of sleep and emotional stuff.

            Scoffed lots of icecream bars last night and got on exercise bike before bed but wasn't on it for long.

            Hoping to have a much better workout tonight - strength training and exercise bike (50 mins to an hour for the two).

                :sympathy Deborah its gonna be alright girl. I know how you feel, very frustrated and low with all of the things you're going through. Honeychild, we all have to go through the fire in order to come out refined and polished. Don't let the emotional stuff and lack of sleep control your eating habits. I commend you for doing the exercise regardless, that's wonderful. I hope you feel better soon and keep up the exercise. :hug Good Luck!!!! And You can do it!!!!

                    Hi all :wave

                    I am back I was in the hospital and could not control what I was fed, but I was able to exercise so I need to update, Sorry Skyye

                    Tuesday 5/24 100 crunches, 100 reverse crunches, 20 push ups
                    Wednesday 5/25 100 crunches, 100 reverse crunches, 50 narrow squats, 50 wide squats, 45 min on exercize bicycle

                    Thursday 5/26 100 crunches, 100 reverse crunches, 50 push-ups, 30 min on exercise bicycle

                    Friday 5 mile walk, fairly brisk up and down the halls, I wore out a nursing student

                    Saturday day off, I got to come home

                    Sunday 1 mile brisk walk

                    Monday 2 mile walk, 30 min weight lifting

                    Tuesday, today, day off

                    Whew what a lot of typing
