    Hey!

    Ran 9K. Was not a very good run.

    Don't know what happened, on the last leg, about 2/3 into the run, I ran out of energy. Putting one foot in front of the other seemed like such an effort. this was quite surprising given that yesterday was a Rest Day.

    Oh well, shall see how I feel tomorrow.


    P.S. Thanks for the "Way to go" Barbde. Any and all words of encouragement are highly appreciated.

    And BTW - have you looked closely at the latest pictures of iyshiaf and Sarah??? Now aren't those Ladies looking might fine!!!!!!!!!! Well done Ladies!!!!

      Ok, I get a big fat slug. For some reason, I was thinking I wouldn't have time to exercise yesterday. I could have, but didn't.

      Tonight, I really won't have time. I have to work late. This is my busy day anyway but I have to take about 1/2 day off tomorrow so I have to get done today what needs to be done in the morning.

      I will.... WILL... exercise tomorrow!!! :whip

        413 squats so far this month!

                      Hi all :wave

                      I walked for 2 miles on my airofit
                      did 50 crunches
                      50 reverse crunches

                      Then mowed for 5 hours

                      The grass got a bit out of hand while I was away from home. I ALMOST have it caught up now

                      But, I have a horrible sunburn :yikes

                      That's it for today

                          instead of taking a rest day i decided the least i could do is the crunches and the push ups

                          75 crunches

                            50 minutes of Ball exercises God my legs are stiff lol. Did some great core strengthening exercises and feel Great.

                            Thanks for the AWESOME compliment JORDAN11 it's so nice for someone to say something and even better when it comes from this board you are all like my Family.
