    Hey!

    Got up early and ran 9K, with two 3 minute walks during the last 3rd to get my pulse back down to my fat burning range. Took me I hour and 10 minutes from door to door.

    Ta, see you all tomorrow.

            Monday June 6 :geek
            I did a 2 mile on the airofit already. When I pick my son up this afternoon we are going to my mother- in- law's house to mow for her and then I hope to be able to get close to finished here, so I can start up again at the beginning Tuesday or Wednesday.
