                  Hey!

                  Today was one of those days where everything that could go wrong did!

                  Had I known that it would be one of those days I would have gotten up at 6:00 A.M. and done my run. However, not being clairvoyant.......

                  So for forms sake, can I be let off the hook, call today a Rest Day, and not earn a SLUG????

                  For tomorrow the alarm is set and we (me, myself, and I, the three of us) are getting our buns out and on that road bright and early!

                      I exercised went for a 30 minute Jog and walked 10 minutes it felt good my legs are sore from yesterdays weight training but, hey whatever it takes right.

                        An other slug. More packing up stuff to prepare for moving day.

                        Just to let everyone know.. I will begin moving to our new apartment on Friday. So I'm probly gonna be MIA for at least a couple days. I'll be back to update the chart ASAP. :wave
