    5 minutes warm up on stationary bike
    30 minutes of upper body weights
    10 minute run on treadmill

    It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!




    I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

            horrible day to be outside , temp is 95 degrees

            but i got in a 25 min walk this morning , wont be able to do anything more

              Ok, still Irish dancing, still can't talk and dance without gasping, but made it through a half hour. We'll see if I make it through the week!

                      Barely able to get in the minimums today. I feel so ashamed.

                      I got in a thirty min brisk 3 miles on the airofit and crunches and push ups
